The Bowness Ratepayers Scout & Guide Hall is a place where we welcome you to celebrate your events, and your special day and to help your club, organization or non-profit give back and fundraise within your community.
This is a special place, it was built for the community, by the community and with the community, literally!

Costs:
Each section of our hall has a basic rate:
Main Hall: starting at $1500/full-day Saturday rental & rates as low as $75 per hour mid-week.
The Mezzanine: starting at $50 per hour
Lower Level: starting at $50 per hour
The Greenspace: starting at $50 per hour
We offer hourly and full-day rentals on all spaces and can provide a quote for exclusive use of the entire venue.

Bowness Residents will receive 10% off of any rentals with proof of residence.
How big is the space?
The Main Hall hosts up to 160 guests, and the lower level holds 65 guests. We also have a stunning greenspace for outdoor events.
Limitations:
We do not allow animals (unless medically based) or smoking (vaping or other) inside the premises.
Photography:
We do allow photography on our premises, please inquire about time availabilities.
Catering:
We do not offer in-house catering, you may bring in your own catering team or make use of the full facilities while you rent the space.
